Yes, you can change your plan at any time through your account dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at your next billing date, and any unused credit will be applied to future invoices.
At the end of your trial, you'll be prompted to enter payment details to continue using the service. We don't automatically charge you - you have to actively choose to subscribe. If you decide not to continue, your account will be suspended (not deleted) for 30 days, giving you time to export your data or change your mind.
Yes, when you choose annual billing you get 2 months free (effectively a 17% discount). Annual billing is available for all plans. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time through your account settings.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and direct debit (UK bank accounts only). For Business plans with 10+ mailboxes, we also offer invoicing with 30-day payment terms.
No, there are no setup fees or hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay. We also don't charge for account configuration assistance or standard migration support (included with Professional and Business plans).
Yes, additional storage can be purchased for any plan at £1 per 10GB per month. Alternatively, upgrading to a higher tier plan often provides better value if you need significantly more storage along with additional features.
Yes, registered charities and non-profit organisations receive 25% off all plans. Please contact us with your charity registration number and we'll apply the discount to your account. Educational institutions may also qualify for special pricing.
